2008 Inside Laos:17 day Laos & Thailand Tour

2008 Inside Laos - 17 days

Experience the laid-back charm of Asia’s best-kept secret

Your adventure begins in the heart of the Golden Triangle, in Thailand's Chiang Rai. From there you will travel down the Mekong River by wooden barge into lovely Laos. Spend the night in a remote but comfortable ecolodge, visit a sacred cave and explore the temples of Luang Prabang. The cryptic Plain of Jars will stir your imagination, while the rustic charm of the capital, Vientiane, will captivate. Experience the breathtaking beauty of the south and discover a temple that pre-dates Angkor Wat. Your journey ends on a contrasting note, in  Thailand's bustling metropolis of Bangkok.

Chiang Rai, Pakbeng, Kamu Lodge, Luang Prabang, Phonsavan, Vang Vieng, Vientiane, Bolaven Plateau, Khong Island, Pakse, Bangkok.
