Start your China adventure in Beijing, the country's capital. You will be amazed by the ancient city's modern façade. Continue on to Xian and take in thousands of terracotta warriors, built to look after a Qin Dynasty emperor. Guilin, Longsheng and Yangshuo offer you a beautiful respite from the country's busy cities; relax on a boat trip and cycle through lush rice paddies. Shanghai is one of the world's most exciting cities and a great place to culminate your journey through the Middle Kingdom.
